Projects
Projects are aimed at setting up the operational programme that can effectively address one or more of the Ocean Decade challenges. Projects will align with at least one of the axes of Health, Culture and Justice.
Projects will mostly be implemented by the OC-NET partners, with scientific and operational advice coming from the members of the OC-NET Alliance, city councils, harbour authorities and other implementing organizations. Projects will facilitate the setting of the OC-NET regional and global networks.
To ensure a smooth design of the projects, each project will have a working group that will meet monthly. They will take up the mandate of the steering committee and carry out the daily project management of each of the six projects. They will define the Calls of Actions (i.e. objectives, desired Key Performance Indicators, evaluation/endorsement criteria). Working groups will rely on the staff of the OC-NET coordination and partners.
