Partners play a crucial role as the driving force in identifying opportunities, formulating scientific and developmental strategies, and establishing extensive regional and global networks. The calls for partnership are open to a diverse range of organisations, including marine research institutions, city networks, and city councils in locations where these research institutions operate.

It extends to local and national harbour authorities, institutions focused on sustainable consumption and societal development, as well as those dedicated to the arts and design.

This initiative welcomes participation from entities committed to raising societal awareness and fostering connections between science, art, and awareness.

All three axes encompass various governance administrations, especially city councils, businesses aiming to enhance corporate responsibility, innovative and technological companies, NGOs, thematic and local civil associations, as well as the entire population of ocean towns and cities.
